REACT offers a variety of services to assist churches and ministries in building their capacity – especially through partnering and collaboration.

We design our training courses to fit an organization's specific needs.

Here are the four current descriptions of what we do.

Introduction to Partnering
This gives participants an ability to get a foundational understanding of partnering and partnerships. It explores definition of terms, works through basic concepts and principles, and begins to prepare an organization (or church) in how to they can become more "partnering friendly." This flexible seminar (can be done anywhere from 90 minutes to a full day) includes a variety of short modules that can be tailored to meet specific needs.

The Launching Partnerships Workshop
This 2-3 day workshop unpacks the knowledge and techniques that leaders need to have for facilitating partnering efforts and in how to guide their organization (or church) into more effective partnering. Also, can be a flexible and "tailor designed" to particular needs. Modules include: Theology of Partnering, What Partnering Means, Outreach and Evangelism Strategies in Partnering, Developing a Partnering Friendly Ministry, Building Consensus Among Ministry Leaders, Facilitating Group Meetings (small and large), How to Convene Community Leaders, Understanding and Managing Conflict, and much more.

Maturing Partnerships
This intensive workshop looks at the issues common to existing partnering efforts and the ways they can overcome major and minor obstacles. Designed for three days, it goes through the significant problems and opportunities that facilitators address in long-term partnering. For most people, taking the Launching Partnerships Workshop is a requirement.

Training Trainers Workshop
This two day event walks people through the explicit abilities needed to teach partnering to others. Substantial work is done looking at how adults learn, how to design training, and the proficiencies needed to present partnership training. Currently we are engaged in strategic planning, coaching in successful partnering in global missions situations, training in facilitating collaboration, evaluation strategies, and brokering relationships for greater networking.
