REACT President Brian O’Connell has been involved in partnership development and international missions for over 20 years, ministering in nearly 60 countries. He has facilitated understanding and action among numerous churches and organizations regarding how partnering and collaboration brings greater Kingdom impact to communities – locally and globally.

Brian’s efforts have brought value in specific arenas such as distaster response, business development, AIDS, children, sports ministry, leader training, refugees, youth, church planting, and religious liberty advocacy.  He previously was in leadership positions with Interdev, World Evangelical Alliance, and the National Association of Evangelicals.
